Wash Process Questions
-
Do you use really high pressure on driveways to get them clean? We do get driveways really clean but we do not use over 2000psi. Our experience has proven relatively low psi in conjunction with high water volume and concrete treatment produces the absolutely best and safest clean for your driveway surface.
-
Do you use chemicals? We use industry ans surface specific soaps, surfactants, and cleaners for our soft wash process and post treating concrete and other hard surfaces after pressure washing.
-
What if it is raining? We will pressure wash in a light to steady rain. We will not wash in downpours or during thunderstorms or when lightning is present. We can not soft wash during any amount of rain as this rinses away our soaps before the process is complete.
-
What is soft washing?Soft washing is an alternative to pressure washing utilizing garden hose pressure, cleaners and detergents, and occasionally agitation when needed. See our article blog for more information.
-
Do I need pressure washing or soft washing? This depends on the surface type. Hard surfaces with no coating (i.e. paint, stain, glazing, etc) will be pressure washed. We will let you know what wash type is best when we conduct our estimate.

Service Questions

-
Do most people have their curbs and street gutters washed also?Yes most do. The return you receive from washing those curbs is incredible for the few dollars more in cost. High visibility, high impact “curb” appeal.
-
Do I need to be home for you to do the work?No one necessarily needs to be home as long as the water is not turned off anywhere from the inside. And if we are washing your driveway, then as long as no vehicles are left in the driveway.
-
What is your perfect clean guarentee? We expect to achieve perfectly clean results every time. If we miss something, or if something needs a little more attention, we will return promptly with no hassles and correct it. If we do not, then you will receive your money back.

Do I have to move anything? We will most everything within reason for you. If there is an unusual amount of items or extremely heavy items, we will notify you in advance. We do ask that you move all small breakable and valuable items.
-
Do you use your water or mine? Both. For the most part we use your water. We show up with several hundred gallons as a buffer for our water supply.
-
How much water do you use & how much is the cost? For an average size driveway, we use approximately a hundred cubic feet of water. Recently checked, the BWW charge for this amount is $2.70

Payment Questions

Do you schedule appointments in advance? Are you going to be on time?We make every effort to keep our appointments on time, however other jobs may take longer than expected, or an earlier appointment may require additional work on-site. We usually give a two-hour window for our arrival time (ETA). If we suspect we'll be late or early, we'll call you ahead of time to let you know.
-
Are cleaning supplies included?Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectur adipiscing elit eiusmod tempor incidid unt labore dolore magna aliquaenim minim veniam quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris.
-
Do you clean whether it's raining or shining? It is debatable. Even if it's raining lightly, we can pressure wash (like driveways or brick walls.) Because of the low-pressure and chemicals used in soft-washing at home, it cannot be too wet, windy, or cold. We never work when it's storming or lightning, of course, for safety reasons. We keep a close eye on the weather in those situations. If there is a weather delay, we will always notify you.
-
What is the best way for me to pay? What are your terms of payment? All major credit cards, checks, and cash are accepted. You can pay us in person after we're finished on-site, or you can pay us later with a debit or credit card through our secure online payment system. In our invoice, we include instructions. There is a 3.5 percent processing fee for debit/credit card payments.
-
Do you apply a lot of pressure to my siding? No! We use top-of-the-line equipment as well as a specifically developed solution known as Soft-washing. Hardie-board, vinyl, stucco, wood, and almost any painted surface are all good candidates for our process.
-
Are you covered by insurance?Yes! We are completely insured and have a $6 million liability policy in place. As part of our "satisfaction guarantee," we stand behind our work and attempt to fix any difficulties directly with consumers. We've been in business for more than 20 years and have completed over 4500 projects.
